Inside the Guts of Eric Owen Moss's Culver City Pterodactyl

A reader has provided some dizzying new pictures of the under-construction Pterodactyl office project in Culver City's Hayden Tract, designed by prolific Hayden firm Eric Owen Moss Architects. The roughly 16,000-square-foot Pterodactyl, described by its designers as an "intersection of nine elevated rectangular boxes," is being built atop an existing four-level parking garage located behind the Stealth Building on Hayden Avenue. Moss's office tells Curbed the Pterodactyl project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year and will be occupied by creative firm Omelet, currently located a few blocks away.
