Latitudes at Silverlake, the 63-townhouses development at Glendale Boulevard and Waverly Avenue that has created violent tension between construction workers and neighbors, is nearly finished and readying for a July soft-opening, reports Eastsider LA. Nearby residents are either very relieved that they won't have to deal with the noise and dust from construction or bummed that they won't have any new complaints to post on the Facebook page they created to document what they felt were the many building violations of the developers. A grand opening is expected in September for the two-, three-, and four-bedroom houses, which are all three stories and expected to start in the $600,000 range.
