When we first heard about G12, the gigantic mixed-use collab on Grand and Twelfth from one-time property owner Sonny Astani and the Arizona-based Wolff Company, there was word it might be a two-building endeavor. Here, via Building LA, is that second phase, slated for Twelfth and Olive Streets (kiss another parking lot goodbye); it looks quite a lot like phase one, although it's a bit smaller. This complex will be seven stories tall and have a mere 293 apartments over 17,300 square feet of groundfloor retail and restaurant space. (*Both phases will have 640 units total.) The developer's website says it will also feature 7,000 square feet of "amenity space" and a 24/7 valet and concierge service. Like the first phase, the new building will be designed by TCA Architects.
