Metro is increasing monthly parking rates at two very popular Valley subway stations, hiking them from $39 to $55 in NoHo and $39 to $55 in Universal City. Monthly paid parking has to do heavy lifting, since it makes up a fraction of spots at Metro train stations, with the vast majority given away as free daily parking. [Streetsbog]
