Seven Handsome Little Houses on the Way in Eagle Rock

New, 10 comments

A development of seven little houses, from prolific small lots developer Heyday Partnership, has just gotten the go-ahead from the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council, reports Eastsider LA; the project will be one of many in the neighborhood these days built under the city's small lot subdivision ordinance, which allows lots of houses on a single lot. The three-story houses at Ellenwood Drive and Fair Park Avenue will range from around 1,600 to 1,800 square feet and have either two or three bedrooms, a rep from Heyday tells Curbed via email, adding "The homes facing the street have street side roof decks on the third floor ... Like all of our projects, we're aiming for LEED Platinum or Gold rating for sustainability." The developers expect construction to start as soon as this summer.
