Miley Cyrus got sprung from the hospital late last week and celebrated with some pancakes and Instagram with her pal Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips (who knew?), back at her cute mid-century house in Studio City. (Last we heard, she'd been living at her childhood home in Toluca Lake, where she feared Dolores Hope was hosting ghost parties.) Coyne's girlfriend Katy Weaver also posted a video tour of the pretty rock star backyard, which has a Hollywood Sign almost definitely picked up down at La Brea and First, a life-sized white horse, and her $25,000 tipi, which fits four.
