Welcome to Cornerspotter, a weekly Curbed game in which you try to identify the location and/or identity of a particular building or streetscape in a historic photograph. Impress us and your fellow Curbed readers with your uncanny insight into Los Angeles and its past! Think you know the answer? Tell us in the comments.

The ice cream parlor and bakery advertised on the handsome signs on this corner building looks quite busy, judging from the cars out front. If only we could stop in now for a sundae! The street from which the picture was taken has changed names and the building has been altered as well (though it's still recognizable). At what present-day intersection is this building currently located?
