The median time for Angelenos to arrive at work? 8:05 am, according to data from the Census's American Communities Survey. That's ahead of the medians of many other populous metro areas, including New York (8:24 am) and San Francisco (8:15 am), but not by much. (New York was the latest metro surveyed.) Of course, the time you get to work is most likely influenced by the work you do (and what your boss wants), rather than where you live, but it's nice to know you're not the only one getting in so early.
