Per the Listing: "Great Opportunity! Come enjoy the Venice lifestyle. Both units have tankless hot water heaters. Maple Tundra flooring, ceramic tile floors and low VOC paint throughout. Located in the heart of "Silicon Beach" just minutes to the beach, Abbot Kinney, Rose, Main St. , and Lincoln. Relax in your spacious back yard surrounded by mature fruit trees and native California plants. 3 parking. Complete solar system. Main house delivered vacant. Please do not walk on property - Dogs."

So the added benefit to this terrible property is the income generating studio apartment, which almost *ALMOST* makes us think this property could be worth the price. But at the price offered you would think the seller could at least get the pictures in focus. Zillow price estimates show that every home on this block and on surrounding blocks can be had for no less than $1.1 million. A similarly sized house next door at 521 Vernon Ave sold for $895k in November 2013. If only they had waited four more months.
