Sometimes you just can't drink enough to forget about the literal pain-in-the-ass produced by Hollywood Bowl benches, which were installed back in 1981. Thankfully, a $1.6-million endeavor is under way to replace the withered, gray seating with new Alaskan yellow cedar benches (that will eventually turn gray).
