Rihanna Lists Stalker-Plagued Pac Pal Mansion for $15 Million

New, 9 comments

In late 2012, pop star Rihanna took refuge from her leaky, ugly Beverly Crest property (which, after lawsuits, she ultimately offloaded at a $1.9-million loss) in this also-homely mansion in Pacific Palisades, for which she paid $12 million. Now, reports Trulia Luxe Living, she's not only selling this place, but has already moved out. Nothing's wrong with the house, as far as anyone can tell, except for one horrible thing: stalkers keep showing up. "After just a few short months in the home, trespassers, stalkers and attempted burglars have all been arrested at or near the property ... In the most extreme case, a 27-year-old man was arrested on the property after showing up multiple times, claiming to be her "future husband." Rihanna's new abode is (understandably) in an "undisclosed location," but her loss can be your gain, assuming you like hideous mansions and have a lot of money.

Set on three-quarters of an acre, the house (which the listing's brokerbabble calls, with a straight face, a "triumph to modern architecture") offers seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a double-sided fire feature in the master suite, tons of entertaining space both in- and outdoors, and a pool with water jets. Asking price is $14.995 million.
