The Village at Westfield Topanga project in Woodland Hills has settled a lawsuit brought by the Woodland Hills Homeowners Organization in 2012. WHHO had been peeved that the plans include a Costco and a gas station, which they said encouraged car use, but no terms of the agreement are being disclosed and the project doesn't seem to have changed at all (it breaks ground Monday). Hm, suing in the name of the environment and settling for undisclosed amounts seems awfully familiar. [LADN]
