Harry Styles—perhaps the cute one, or maybe the cheeky one in British boy band One Direction—is now the one with nice taste in real estate, having just picked up a pretty sweet little property in Beverly Crest a few weeks back, the Real Estalker reports. The five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom post and beam house was originally built in 1967 but renovated by architect Alejandro Ortiz, and comes with a library, study, and gym, plus a one-bedroom guesthouse connected by a bridge, a sunken courtyard, a three-car garage, and a saline pool, all on just about a third of an acre. Styles paid $4 million.
