Per the Listing: "Built in 1932, The Robert M. Williams house is a classic Spanish Colonial style property with Moorish influences. This wonderful home is cloistered behind a high wall, creating an enchanting series of private courtyards and gardens that surround the home. The massive beams and columns of the portico welcome you. Upon entering, you appreciate the hand-painted domed ceiling of the living room soaring above you and the oversized hearth with heraldic reliefs on the mantle. The ornate tile work flooring and the inset windows create an old world setting. The home's floor plan captures views of the numerous courtyards and patios and incorporates them into the property. The home has gone through a series of updates, including a newer master suite located off the front courtyard...The home has central air conditioning, updated plumbing, including a newer sewer line to the street and the grounds are professionally landscaped."

It's not entirely clear who Robert M. Williams is, but he probably feels all warm on the inside to have a house named after him. We're big fans of the outside of this charming home, however the inside looks like five homes mashed together. Most of them are really nice, but then there are a couple of rooms with can and track lights that don't fit with the original elements. And the bathrooms appear to be in another house altogether. No previous sale record was given.
