Fancy Pasadena Complex's Fanciest Condos Start at $1.15MM

New, 2 comments

Taking a cue from the nineties slow jam by Vanessa Williams, the Granite Park Place condo complex on Pasadena's upscale South Lake Avenue was "saving the best for last," waiting to release these 13 units (the Reserve Collection) until everything else was almost gone. The sizable two- and three-bedroom units range from 2,000 to 2,800 square feet, and they come with a free pass to use the "five-star concierge, 24-hour staffing, valet parking, state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, spa and club room with catering kitchen." The residences come with stainless steel Viking appliances, limestone fireplaces, terraces, and all the things you'd expect when you buy in to a ritzy development. Six of the units will be offered fully furnished, so you can just buy the thing and BAM!—instant home. The units start at $1.15 million for two-bedroom models and $1.525 million for three-bedroom models. Hesitant to pull the trigger? The developers have opened a wine cellar inside the sales center, no doubt to make decision-making easier. Pop for the three-bedroom!
