Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist and Silverlake Conservatory of Music cofounder Flea sold his beautiful, historic, estate near Griffith Park this fall, but he's obviously got a soft spot for Los Feliz. Variety reports that the gap-toothed musician is buying this very traditional two-story house, built in 1939 on a site less than a mile away from his old digs. The four-bedroom dwelling includes a bay window and living room fireplace, a formal dining room, and a double foyer (for the grandest of entrances). The master bedroom features walk-in closets and a terrace that overlooks the backyard's spa and swimming pool. Flea's paying $2.65 million for the 3,561-square-foot house.
