Who lives here?
Julie 35, Victor 30

What're the stats?
One bedroom, one bathroom

What's the rent?
$1100

How long have you been here?
Year and a half

What's the best feature of your place?
Moldings in the living room gives it a lot of character.

What's the worst feature?
The location. Living on a main street [La Brea] can be very noisy.

What's your approach to decorating?
Actually per room I attempted to have a different theme. Like bedroom shabby chic (very fem), living room mixture of mid-century and thrift, kitchenette Industrial, but that obviously needs a lot of work...

Any crazy/interesting stories about living here?
I was on lockdown for 7 hours. It felt like a war zone with SWAT teams and helicopters covering the entire neighborhood.

How'd you end up here?
Wanted a place that resembled a house but [was] affordable.

How's your landlord?
He's actually married to a friend of mine. So we get along fine.

If you could have any living situation in LA, what would it be?
Planning on moving back to Eagle Rock. Miss the quietness and lack of distance from my friends.
