Glassy Mid-Century by Walter Koziol Asks $987k in Eagle Rock

New, 25 comments

Perched on a hill smack-dab in the middle of Eagle Rock, this 1955 post and beam was designed for his own personal use by USC-trained architect Walter Koziol. There seems to be very little information available about the architect; however, judging from all the glass employed to build his house, it seems safe to speculate he was not much prone to throwing stones. Per the listing, the 1,729-square-foot residence features three bedrooms, two baths, slate floors, beamed ceilings, a living room fireplace, and a view deck. The .26-acre lot also contains a small detached studio and some lovely mature eucalyptus and elm trees. Last sold in 2004 for $739,000, it's now asking $987,000.
