Here's the Latest Look For Super-Fancy Palms Mixed-User

New, 38 comments

Straddling the line between Palms and Culver City (but technically in Palms), NMS@Culver City is one of the better-looking developments to go up in the area in recent years. (True, there's not stiff competition; some of the projects have been downright hideous.) This newest rendering, by way of Building LA, gives a better picture of what's in the cards for the new luxury development on the block, which is already well into construction.

According to NMS's website, the six-story mixed-use structure will house 131 super-fancy studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with amenities like a "deluxe fitness center, comfortable community lounge and theatre." There will also be 12,500 square feet of retail at street-level. The Killefer-Flammang-designed project is a little behind schedule (it was originally aiming for a spring 2014 opening, then just a 2014 opening), and now reports say it'll be ready to go by some point in 2015.
