Arrested Development, Teen Wolf 2, and Horrible Bosses star Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda are unloading this chic 1953 home in Laurel Canyon that they bought over a decade ago. Bateman and his wife purchased the late Ernest Borgnine's BHPO estate last year for $3 million, which could be a factor in their decision to part with this lushly-landscaped, 2,879-square-foot home. The four-bedroom house has beamed ceilings, enormous windows, and a waterfall that "cascades into the koi pond" in the backyard, says the LA Times. The secluded home also has a gated entry for cars and another gate for pedestrians to enter the compound. The Batemans bought the property in 2002 for just $885,000; it's listed now for $2.25 million.
