There is only street parking available. Rent is $1,295.

The listing also counts as an amenity the fact that the manager lives on-site, which renters know can be a blessing or a curse, depending on your lifestyle. No mention in the listing of the parking situation, but no news is never good news when it comes to parking. The rent, which includes trash and water, is $1,350.
↑ There's no square footage listed for this two-bedroom in Inglewood (just a few blocks west of the huge mixed-user that's planned on the old Hollywood Park site), but it doesn't look cramped. Wood floors, large windows, and sizable closets are all part of the deal with this groundfloor unit. Rent is $1,299 a month.
↑ A few blocks south of the Americana in Glendale, we find this upper-floor one-bedroom apartment with an assigned parking spot. Huzzah! The unit's not huge—around 600 square feet—but it's got front and rear entrances, granite countertops, wood floors, and on-site laundry. The rent is $1,250.
