Big-Deal Stuntman's Studio City Hobbit House Asking $1.4MM

New, 3 comments

Inspired by the Hobbity works of JRR Tolkien, this fantastic 1920s-era house is full of custom wood features (did you see that kitchen?) and stained glass to rival any house in the Shire. Per the LA Times, the owner is award-winning stuntman Dick Ziker, who defied death in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Scarface, and Total Recall, and has worked as a stand-in for both Sean Connery and Roger Moore. His 2,998-square-foot house has five bedrooms, a wonderful library/office, a few mounted antlers and a marlin, plus a rustic guest room with separate entrance that could double for a mountain lodge. It's listed for $1.399 million.
