With the demand for housing in coastal Westside neighborhoods continuing to surge, these twin five-story apartment buildings are set to sprout in Del Rey and help fill the void. Phase one in a two-part project (pictured) will have 27 "loft-style" apartments with private balconies and a rooftop space with expansive views.
