Better Call Saul's Bob Odenkirk Lists Razor-Sharp Los Feliz Mid-Century at $2.5 Million

New, 4 comments

October is shaping up to be quite an eventful month for Bob Odenkirk. A few weeks ago, his book A Load of Hooey was published. Last week, he celebrated his fifty-second birthday. And this week, the comedian/star of the upcoming Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul and his wife, talent manager Naomi Odenkirk, put their longtime residence in the Los Feliz Oaks on the market. Per the listing, the single-story Mid-Century Modern has been updated by one-half of another noted LA power couple, architect/designer/wife of Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner Linda Brettler. Sited on a .45-acre lot overlooking Bronson Canyon, the 2,203-square-foot house features three bedrooms; three and a half baths; an office; clerestory windows; custom cabinetry and built-ins; pocket doors; walls of glass; a high-end kitchen; a wetbar; and sweet city, canyon, and Griffith Observatory views. Purchased in 1998 for $675,454, it's now asking $2.499 million.
