Grammy-winning singer/songwriter John Legend and model Chrissy Teigen are selling their serene, Oprah-approved home in the Cahuenga Pass. Designed with "low sound, tranquility & a creative vibe" in mind, the remodeled 1961 house has teak cabinets, textured stone flooring, and "cathedral ceilings" in the living room; one of the bedrooms has been turned into a recording studio for when the creative urge inevitably strikes.
But let's not overlook the lovely outdoor areas—the landscaped yard features a large deck that Legend called "the most alluring part of the house" when it was featured in Architectural Digest last year. Also tucked into the grounds is a private nook with a pendant chair that Legend told Oprah was his "reading cove." (Oprah has been here!!)
Measuring nearly 2,000 square feet and sited on more than a quarter-acre, the house is listed for $1.995 million.
