The LA Times reports that portrait photographer Mark Seliger is putting his lovely 1949 house by the great Richard Neutra up for sale in Los Feliz. Seliger bought the Alpha Wirin House—which sits across from Frank Lloyd Wright's famous Ennis House—in 2004 for $1.575 million; it "[w]as headed for a teardown" then, according to Triangle Modernist Houses, but was beautifully restored by designer Mark Haddawy. The two-story house has two bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across two stories and 2,262 square feet, plus walls of glass, big balconies, wood ceilings, built-ins, and about three-quarters of an acre of land with a pool. Asking price is $4.5 million.
