Developers of the super-fancy, Justin-Bieber-terrorized 432 Oakhurst condos in Beverly Hills certainly have a high bar to hit. (The cops visited Bieber at the building again last night!) What obnoxious, shirt-eschewing celebrity will choose to take up shelter in their latest high-end project, 460 Palm, when it's complete? Space will be limited: the two-building development will have only 35 units; single-story condos are expected to start at the higher end of the $1-million range and penthouses, which you were definitely thinking about, will go for up to $5 million, says a release from the developers.
The condos will range from 1,985 to 3,643 square feet and have floorplans with two to four bedrooms. "Designer-selected" interior elements, large verandas, floor-to-ceiling windows, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, and Caesarstone counters in the kitchen will come standard; first-floor plans have some bonus outdoor space. Also, there's the possibility of up to three parking spaces per residence. Three! That's Beverly-Hills-style luxury right there.
The development is now under construction and is expected to be finished in early 2015.
