Yes, this is a pink stucco house, but miraculously, that doesn't work against it. The glamorous four-bedroom Spanish Colonial (via the LA Times) was once a getaway for Gone With the Wind star Clark Gable and comedic actress Carole Lombard, boasts vintage design elements like wrought-iron accents, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and colored tile in the bathrooms and kitchen area. The surprisingly lush grounds (this is in the desert) only add to the property's allure—they spread out over more than half an acre and feature "a vintage Hollywood style swimmer's pool house," a saltwater spa, and an abundance of foliage, giving the residence a secluded-retreat feel. The 1925 property is now owned by film producer Joel Douglas (brother of Michael Douglas and son to Kirk Douglas), who is selling it furnished for $2.195 million.
