This lovely home built in 1929 appears to be offered as a teardown. If you have $7 million to waste, have it. Frankly, we'd need to see more of the house to determine if it needs to be remodeled or torn down, but that yard could use some work. The home was once occupied by French actor Jacques Bergerac (Gigi) and his second wife (after Ginger Rogers), Payton Place actress Dorothy Malone.
