Ground broke rather quietly last year on the $46-million clean technology center in the Arts District known as the La Kretz Innovation Campus—now the 30,000 square foot development, expected to create hundreds of green jobs and spur retail and residential projects, was just granted $14 million in tax credits from US Bank, helping ensure a 2015 opening.
