The Lowdown: If you wanted to track the fortunes of the real estate market since 2006 in one house you could do worse than use this one as a case study. The Lowdown: Built in 1941 and updated in 2006, there's not much here to inflame the passions either way. The rooms look spacious, the kitchen looks functional, it sits on .45 acres, and has a pool. What is interesting, though, is that the sellers only had the house for six months before listing it (and reusing most of the listing photos). They picked it up in December 2012 for $3.128 million.
