One of the few Hollywood development projects to escape lawyer Robert Silverstein's ire, Columbia Square is set to transform the old CBS Studios near Sunset and Gower and has now made its way to early construction, according to reports. Developer Kilroy Realty Group's website has a pretty awesome fly-through of the project, depicting a very indoor/outdoor experience. The development includes a 22-story residential tower with 200 apartments, 33,000 square feet of retail, three renovated historic structures, two new office buildings totaling more than 330,000 square feet of space, and four and a half levels of underground parking.
