Robert Pattinson Selling Lovely 1922 Seyler House in Los Feliz

New, 3 comments

The Real Estalker heard rumblings last week and now the LA Times confirms: Robert Pattinson is selling his lovely house in Los Feliz on the DL (he's reportedly been shacking up in a cheesy McMansion in gated The Summit off Mulholland). Word is he's pocket listed the Stiles O. Clements house, which sits on nearly an acre and a half off of North Vermont, for $6.75 million. Clements was also responsible for the El Capitan theater and the infamous Beverly Hills High School swim-gym featured in It's a Wonderful Life, as well as a house in Pasadena used for a prom scene in Twilight. Synergy! He designed this house in 1922 and it's been home to Tim Curry (in the '90s), ER star Noah Wyle (in the aughts), The Aviator cinematographer Robert Richardson, and Legally Blonde director Robert Luketic, who sold it to Pattinson in 2011 for $6.275 million. It comes with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a pool, waterfalls, terraced gardens, and an amphitheater.
