Excellent job on this flip which was last sold in March 2012 for $214k. The only big negatives we see, besides being on a tiny lot (1,963 sq. ft.), is that you're just off Avenue 52 which is an exit off the Pasadena Freeway. That could be noisy. But you're one house in. And it's definitely walkable to the Highland Park Gold Line Station. But there's no room for a pool, or, well, anything besides that deck and a grill. So let's call this one perfect for people who don't want the hassle of yard maintenance.
