West Hollywood's free weekend party bus the PickUp Line is such a hit that the city council considered developing an app to let riders know when the next trolley is due, and extending its operating hours into Sunday afternoons. Ultimately they "unanimously approved creating a mobile phone application for the five-week old shuttle but held off on expanding service until the end of its pilot period" in December.
