Just two years ago, we declared that Courteney Cox and David Arquette's seriously lovely house in Trousdale Estates was "about to hit the market." Only off by two years! Here it finally arrives in a public listing (there were rumors it was quietly shopped as a pocket listing). The former Cox-Arquettes bought this A. Quincy Jones house in 2004 for $5.45 million and hired Jones-spert Cory Buckner to renovate--she performed "a reconfiguration of the bedroom wing and other alterations," according to the ever-reliable Real Estalker. The current listing is super short on info and listing photos (most of these come from Buckner's site), but what we do know is that the single-story house was built in 1959 and comes with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, "a bi-level li[vi]ng room with a free-standing fireplace, vast expanses of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors throughout, and a detached office area." Plus a really spectacular circular pool. And all on .83 "almost-all-level acres," which is some serious business up in hilly Trousdale. Asking price is $19.5 million.
