If you've got $2 billion lying around and an either sadistic or masochistic desire to play landlord to the agents at CAA, this might interest you: the four-acre site that's home to the agency's Gensler-designed Death Star, plus the 44-story Century Plaza Towers (by Minoru Yamasaki), the Annenberg Space for Photography, and a smattering of cafes and restaurants is up for grabs. All told, the investor-owned property has 3.2 million square feet of office space and very expensive parking for 5,000 cars. The Hollywood Reporter says it's expected to bring in between $2 and $2.5 billion. That's a lot of parking validation!
