Built in 1935, the 5,000-square-foot hacienda features seven bedrooms, six baths, vaulted beamed ceilings, tile floors, five wood-burning fireplaces, numerous skylights, wrought iron details, French doors, and an "expansive enclosed courtyard" with a 20-by-40-foot pool. Last sold in 2005 for $1.745 million, the .32-acre property is now listed with an asking price of $2.499 million.
