The planned high-speed rail train from LA to the Bay Area is getting real: The director of the high-speed rail authority says there will be a groundbreaking this summer (that's officially until September 22) for the $68-billion project. Construction contracts will be signed any minute, officials say, and the contractor has already set up shop in Fresno, where work will begin. [KFSN via ABC]
