Boy, opponents of the enormous Millennium Hollywood development sure are lucky that someone dug up potential issues with an earthquake fault in the last few months; all their old arguments made them look pretty stupid. Anyway, they've now filed the second lawsuit against the project (the first was brought last week by the neighboring W Hollywood), saying "city officials hid the knowledge that the 4.5 acre site is on a fault that could shear the buildings in half if a major earthquake hit." Ok, no, they still look stupid. [AP]
