Shortly after being acquired by the CIM Group, and fresh off a $25 million renovation by Archeon, The View in Koreatown is leasing again. Built in 1965, the building now offers 168 "luxury" studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments renting for $1,600 to $4,200 a month. There are eight "highly amenitized floor plans" (AMENITIZED) with fancy finishes, and community features include "pool and extra-large sun deck, resort-style lounge with BBQ, state-of-the-art fitness center, resident club-room with a gourmet presentation kitchen, large furnished lounge, a billiards table, [and] wifi in all common areas." A rep for the project tells us that studio chain Yogaworks is also moving in downstairs.
