You pretty much never want to see the words "recently extensively renovated" in a listing, and definitely never in a listing for a house designed by classiest-architect-ever Wallace Neff. But actually, whoever went to work on this 1937 Los Feliz house by Neff didn't do too bad (check out the before photos from the house's 2011 listing here). It now has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, hand-laid marble floors, an "immense walk-in master closet" that's "reminiscent of the finest retail stores," an eat-in kitchen, a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and firepit, all on more than a third of an acre. The property last sold in July 2011 for $1.625 million; it's now asking $3.195 million. *Ah yes, this is Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis's house, according to the Real Estalker.
