Buy 4 Townhouses in Venice by Howard Rosen For $6.9 Million

New, 14 comments

San Juan Court, townhouse development in Venice, just hit the market asking $6.895 million--a steep price considering there are only four units. But it's in Venice just a couple blocks from Abbot Kinney, and the large three-bedroom units rent for between $5,000 and $7,000 a month. Designed by Howard Rosen of ARTECHO Architecture and built in 2008, San Juan Court is a little uninspiring from the street (or at least in this picture), but inside, each two-story unit "feature[s] gorgeous exposed truss ceilings, sustainable bamboo & concrete floors, Indonesian Mangarous Fruit Wood cabinetry, Fleetwood dual glazed windows," solar panels, and skylights plus a 500-square-foot roofdeck and balconies. The townhouses are set around a narrow, shaded courtyard, and there are 10 parking spaces included.
