Boat rentals at Echo Park Lake will start at 11 am on Saturday, and the new yellow boats have already hit the water. Meet the Water Bees, chosen because they "are self bailing, have adjustable seats, are easy to clean, and the four-seat model actually lets everyone pedal," says the new concessionaire.
