Atwater Villagers must still be mailing out their "We won Curbed Neighborhood of the Year" cards to everyone in their Rolodex, because their post office parking lot is totally jammed. The post office dropped its lease on the adjoining parking lot to save money, and gridlock in the remaining 10-space lot is backing up traffic and causing all kinds of problems. "With parking so limited, customers who arrive by car have no choice but to wait, often in the middle of traffic on Glendale Boulevard, or to search for a space on a nearby residential street."
