Via Eastsider LA comes just this tiny snippet of a five-hour time-lapse video showing the full restoration of Echo Park Lake. The lake reopened a few weeks ago after two years of work--for all that time, two fellows named Mr. Rollerzz and Rev. Mook had a web camera pointed at the lake and set to take 720 photos a day (updates were posted at EchoParkLake.com). And now they've been stitched together into an Andy-Warhol-style feat of filmic endurance. See a few minutes above.
