A handful of disgruntled Hollywood residents turned up to the City Council's Planning and Land Use Management committee meeting this afternoon to comment on the potentially enormous Millennium Hollywood project. Trouble is, the hearing had been postponed late yesterday and rescheduled for later in the month--just one day before the full City Council is set to weigh in. While some attendees accused the committee of being unduly deferential to the developer, the chair noted that scheduling is left up to the applicant, not the committee. [Curbed Staff]
