Maybe it's the unbearable heat, but we only chose this house because of the pool (and the curb appeal is okay too). The interior is a rather gloomy shade of gray that would have been cool five years ago, but now just looks dated and cheap. The home sold on May 1st of this year, so it's a relatively quick flip. Bring your own paint and professional designer to bring this one back to its former glory.
