The architectural enclave of Crestwood Hills has been a real hotbed of activity lately. Listed just two weeks ago, the Siegel House, built for one of the development's cofounders, is now pending sale. But stepping up to take its place on the market is Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 862, the Miller House. Occupying a 7,417-square-foot lot, the minty green post and beam features three bedrooms, two baths, beamed ceilings, cement slab floors, walls of glass, a brick fireplace, and flat backyard. Per the listing, the 1,972-square-foot residence has been "updated throughout, with original details still in place." Last sold in 2005 for $1.595 million, it's now "priced to sell" at $1.599 million.
