"Bye, Bob!" says this handsome house in Bel Air designed by Old Hollywood's favorite architect, Wallace Neff--it's been owned for at least a couple decades by America's favorite therapist, Bob Newhart. According to the listing, the 1941 house "has been expanded and remodeled to perfection," and comes with five bedrooms and six and a quarter bathrooms, plus dining room, breakfast room, a dual-bathroom master with sitting area, "a bank of detached offices with a separate entrance above the garage," a lagoon pool, a lawn, and "a covered outdoor entertainment area with a kitchen and two baths," plus a guest apartment above. And it all sits on a very spacious 1.37 acres. Asking price is $15.5 million.
